Any confidential information obtained by you as a supplier (i.e. when uploading a data file/ data files according to the Scanstockphoto.com Upload Agreement) or as a purchaser (i.e. purchasing a data file / data files in compliance with the Scanstockphoto.com Content End-User License Agreement) concerning pricing, marketing, technical and other confidential information, is to be considered confidential. And you acknowledge that such confidential information encompasses valuable trade secrets and is proprietary to Scandinavian Stockphoto AS, and you agree on maintain the confidentiality.

If multiple violations on the Not-To-Do-List from the same IP-address are registered, Scandinavian Stockphoto AS will, in appropriate circumstances and at Scandinavian Stockphoto AS's sole discretion, block the IP address form accessing the Web Site.
