Little ginger nuts in the form of the mitre of Santa Claus. These little ginger nuts are used in Holland for the "Sinterklaas" party, which is at Dec 5 every year. Sinterklaas is a sort of Santa Claus. In Holland these ginger nuts are called "pepernoot".
